Therapy: An Investment In You

Benefits of a social worker: Assessment and treatment focus on both your needs, and the systematic factors that contribute to your anxiety and stress. Potentially you thrive at work, and identify you are struggling with your friendships, and intimate relationships.

Relationship Connections: Helping you repair the disconnection in safe ways to those you care about and want to be close to. Tweaking the areas of your life that cause stress and trigger anxiety, to help you feel relief.

Financial: If you are thinking about how therapy involves financial expense, you are right, it's an investment. Therapy takes time, commitment, and effort to implement changes.

Small Changes: Although, it doesn't need to feel overwhelming, by focusing on small steps of change, leading to a feeling relief, it increases hope & motivation to continue with the improvements.

Seeking out support can be scary, and intimidating when others perceive you as being disconnected, distant, and overwhelmed on your best days.

This can be exhausting, and unfulfilling. You may even be dreaming of wanting to feel better, and unsure how to reach that desire. You are ready to change the roller coaster patterns in your life, and you want to be able to focus on what brings you joy in life. You can feel fulfilled, less alone, and more in control of your life.

You are ready to get off the roller coaster of intense stress, ups and downs, and be able to focus on what brings you joy in life. You have found the right place to start by engaging in research validated techniques, focused on mind-body approaches.

If you find yourself having repeated arguments with your partner, or your  children you may even wake up in the middle of the night finding yourself ruminating about where your relationship failed. You feel alone and you want a better relationship, unsure how to magically change it, then you are in the right place! Keep reading.....

Family counselling can help to rebuild that lost connection by understanding what led to this place of despair, and disconnection.

Next by building manageable communication skills, it contributes to increasing the trust you have with each other. This foundation for your relationship, leads to a path of having what you ultimately want, a feeling of being connected & loved

This can give you a renewed sense of hope.

You've recognized a change is needed, and you are unsure how to take steps to make those changes.
If counselling has helped you to, feel less alone, and gain more control of your life by learning specific coping strategies in the past you can connect to courses offered here.

Learning new strategies provides a sense of "not being alone in this experience," as well as problem solving about  what you CAN DO to move through the changes you desire and deserve in your life.

Courses provide an affordable option for counselling services.
