The first therapy session can include a mini practice session where we practice together some coping skills to give you some immediate relief. This also helps you to feel more prepared and comfortable to try out these techniques on your own.
This is a great question to ask. There is also not a simple answer to provide. Therapy services and progress in counselling are unique to each persons situation, and efforts put into practicing the skills learned in session. My goal is always to work with you, by supporting you in finding relief as soon as possible, reducing anxiety & stress.

Yes, I do provide couples counselling services. In my experience as a therapist with a holistic approach, it’s often helpful to have partners involved in the therapy sessions supporting the changes being made in between sessions. Your own well being, reducing anxiety & stress, will impact your intimate relationships.
