Each day, and each moment feels like you are on edge. Your body, mind, and soul feel exhausted.
You are already suffering with the physical and emotional fatigue. You no longer trust your decisions. You are distanced from your inner self, ignoring it.
The physical pain continues as the anxiety builds. The aches, pains, muscle tension, tired all the time... and the chest pain make it difficult to forget this is happening to you.
You know it's anxiety and stress taking over your life, and you want to feel better. You may know when this started, or maybe it comes on suddenly and you aren't sure why it is here.
You are doubting decisions you make, paralyzed in thoughts that shoot off in rapid fire, like a runaway train.
You have begun to feel overwhelmed with the slightest chance of having to speak to others. It's all just too much to cope with.
Then comes the depression. The constant exhaustion.
You wake up each morning, feeling like the day is too difficult, the sight of the daylight brings tears. Dread of what will come next. Each moment feels too heavy, unsure how to stay in control.
You keep your feelings to yourself, hopeful it will just resolve on its own. Then day after day, it repeats, and you find it heavier then ever to carry around on your shoulders.
Your relationships begin to feel strained, as others ask if you are "OK"? You respond with the simple answers, and are left feeling unsure if they believe you.
You feel stuck in these patterns of your life, and want things to be different.
You begin to question your career, your family relationships, and what you will lose next. It's all just too much to cope with alone.
The dread of being unsure how to make it better, yet wanting to make it all go away.
You often think about "what's really wrong with me," and will I ever feel better?
You just want the thoughts, and the sensations to stop, but you can't.
You've tried everything you know.
The constant worry leaves you feeling paralyzed with exhaustion. You begin to question if this has to always be the life.
You used to notice the stress and anxiety tension, only when something bothered you. Now it's there all the time, You just can't escape it.
